Aquarius,Sports physiotherapy student,sports lover, reader,writer(write for myself only), Sometimes do a lot a work as i am not going to live tomorrow and sometimes so lazy as if going to live for forever. Love being bored sometimes.<br>

Myself Aarti Sareen and i am working as Assistant Professor with Padmeshree [http://www.dpu.edu.in/UniversityProfile.aspx Dr.D.Y Patil College of Physiotherpy,Pune,India]. I had completed my Master in Sports Physiotherapy (Honours) from Asia's best Sports Medicine University i.e Guru Nanak Dev University. I completed my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from[http://www.khalsacollegeamritsar.org/ Khalsa College,Amritsar.]Punjab.India.
 
Did my 4 and half year Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Khalsa college affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University,Amritsar,India. I cleared my bachelor degree in first division and with a distinction in medicine. Also stood first during my 1st and 3rd year. During my bachelors i used to have clinical postings and that was the section which i loved the most. After successful completion of my 4 years of college i went for my internship from Christian Medical College&amp;Hospital, Ludhiana. It is one of the pioneer hospital of North India. During my internship i worked on research project on MET and shin splints.<br>
 
During treatment sessions my patients used to ask me regarding their diet like,what they should avoid and what they should take more, to answer such questions properly i did certificate course in clinical nutrition and also one year diploma in medical lab.technology. I am also certified first aider by St John ambulance society. My field is so vast, i prefer to stay proactive and believe in&nbsp;continuous learning,for this i have attended atleast 30 various workshops and conferences.<br>
 
&nbsp;Presently i am doing my Masters in Sports Physiotherapy from Guru Nanak Dev University. I was inclined towards this specialty when i was selected as sports physio trainee in my college annual sports competitions during my graduation. Being selected as a physio to represent a state in National athletic meet was a great achievement for me.  
 
In countries like India physiotherapy is a less explored field. I chose my career in physiotherapy because i believe that "A surgeon saves a life but a physio makes that life worth living".&nbsp; I wants to contribute for the promotion of my field and further appraisal of the promotion.<br>
