This policy explains how Physiopedia uses cookies and similar technologies on www.physio-pedia.com. Physiopedia is a charity registered in England and Wales (no. 1173185) and a company limited by guarantee (no. 08530802). It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
Physiopedia Plus is run by a separate organisation, Physiopedia International SL, and has its own cookie policy.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work in the same way. We call them all "cookies" in this policy. Some are set by us (first-party cookies). Others are set by services we use (third-party cookies).
3. How we ask for your consent
When you first visit the site, a banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies, or choose your preferences. We set only strictly necessary cookies until you choose. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of every page.
We ask for consent to analytics cookies from all visitors, including in the UK, where the law now allows some analytics without consent, because the law in many other countries still requires it.

Third-party content
Some pages include content from other services, such as fonts from Google Fonts and embedded videos. These services receive your IP address so that they can deliver the content, and embedded video players may set their own cookies when you play a video. Donations are made on Donorbox's own website, which has its own cookie policy.
5. How to control cookies
- Use the cookie button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics cookies.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site, such as logging in, may not work.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on.
