Active Cycle of Breathing (ACBT) is a technique which uses breathing exercises to  improves the effectiveness of cough, lossen and clear secreations and improve the ventilation. ACBT have 3 main parts:

  1. Breathing Control
  2. Deep Breathing Exercises
  3. Huffing OR Forced expiratory technique (F.E.T)
