About Me

I am a introvert navigating the cheerful world of noise. Seeing me here rightly means that I am a therapist.

I bagged my degree in Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation (BMR) in Physiotherapy in the year 2012.

Currently, I work with Surrey and Sussex Healhcare (SASH) NHS Trust and had lectured undergarduates and co-led research lab at Nnamdi Azikiwe University.

To be up to date and maintain best practices, I am Licensed to practice by Medical Rehabilitation Therapist Board of Nigeria (MRTBN), the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand.

My area of interest in clinics and research includes but not limited to physical activity promotion, AI intregation in health promotion, cardiorespiratory health, geriatrics, pain neuroscience, and clubfoot management.

Furthermore, my PhD pursuit piqued my interst in to the world of One Health, digital health and LLM intregration on promotion of healthy behaviour for improved cardiovascular health and quality of life.
