I am a graduate of Slippery Rock University and recently licensed physical therapist located in Raleigh, NC. I am a member of the APTA and published a peer review on the metrics of the KOOS-JR on APTA's PTNow. I enjoy outpatient orthopedics and neuromuscular rehabilitation and completed four clinical internships in this setting treating a variety of cases and diagnoses. I frequently referenced Physiopedia during my didactic and clinical education and look forward to contributing to it.

Alyssa Brooks-Wells, PT, DPT, CIDN, AIB-VRC

Dr. Alyssa’s love for science and movement led her to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with her doctorate in 2020 and is currently practicing in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Some of her future goals include further training and education in TMJ dysfunction and postural training.
