Grips:

  1. Lumbricle grip
  2. Sphericle Grip
  3. Hammer Grip
  4. Hook Grip

They are all power grips

Difference is how much the thumb is used

Useful in sporting population as well as general population

Types of Pich grip:

1-Tip pinch

2-Tripod-involving middle finger

3-Lateral pinch-thumb is more into flexion (key grip)

Grips can be divided into:

1-power grip

2-pinch grip

3-Lateral/key pinch

Grips in sports:

power grip (bow and arrow)-thumb providing stable. differs between hands and the thumb involvement- differs in the assessment nad management

In tennis: one hand holding to the racquet, the other holding the ball

you can't isolate completely
