Ahmed Muhammad Diab
About His Career[edit | edit source]
Ahmed Diab is a senior physiotherapist. He graduated from Cairo University's faculty of physical therapy in 2012 after completing an internship year at one of Egypt's teaching hospitals. Following this training year, he began working in the private sector as a paediatric physiotherapist. He then served at a military hospital between May 2014 and June 2015. Since then, he has been employed by the Egyptian Ministry of Health. Additionally, he runs his own physiotherapy clinic, established in September 2015.
His area of expertise lies in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy. He is also passionate about bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice. To achieve this, he delivers MSK physiotherapy lectures to colleagues, aiming to benefit both his patients and theirs with the most efficient rehabilitation protocols.
Driven by a desire to be a lifelong learner, researcher, and teacher, Ahmed Diab became an editor at Physiopedia in 2022 and a Musculoskeletal Section Leader in 2024.
