Origin of Lateral Head: Lateral and posterior surfaces of the proximal xk. of the body of the humerus and lateral intermuscular septum.
Origin of Medial Head: Distal 2h> of the medial and posterior surfaces of the humerus below the radial groove and from the medial intermuscular septum.
