- ASIA Assessment - C4 ASIA A
- No Motor or Sensory Function below Lesion
Day 2 - 28 Hours Post Injury[edit | edit source]
- Spinal Fixation at C4 - C8 with Spinal Decompression
- ASIA Assessment - C4 ASIA A
Day 3 - 72 Hours Post Injury[edit | edit source]
- ASIA Assessment - C4 ASIA B
- Some Returned Sensation Lower Limb but Altered
- Minimal Motor Function below Level
- Elbow Flexors Grade 1 Right

- ASIA Assessment - C5 ASIA B
- Increased Sensation S2 - S5 below Lesion
- Increased Motor Function Bilaterally
- Elbow Flexors Grade 2 Right, Grade 1 Left
- Wrist Extensors Grade 1 Right, Grade 1 Left
