Introduction[edit | edit source]

Dysphagia is a difficulty in swallowing liquid or solid food due to disruption in swallowing mechanism from mouth to pharynx.[1] Dysphasia leads to severe complications: [1][2]

  • Aspiration pneumonia
  • Dehydration
  • Malnutrition
  • Dehydration
