I'm a physical therapist who practices in the United States of America in an outpatient private practice. I am a board certified clinical specialist in geriatrics. Because I own my own clinic, I can truly focus on my passions. I am passionate about improving confidence in balance, working with individuals who have or had cancer and helping individuals post knee or hip joint replacement.

In my role at Physiopedia I enjoy managing the social media side of things while also monitoring results of the whole team effort in Google Analytics.

About Me[edit | edit source]

In 2008 I decided to challenge myself physically. I started doing sprint triathlons. Another physical therapist suggested I do one with her. My first response was, "No. I hate running. I don't have a bike. I have no idea how to swim. I'm scared of lakes!" Well, I changed my mind and learned how to swim, got a bike and put on shoes and started 'running.' I actually have fun doing them... and have come a long, long way in overcoming my open water anxiety.
