About Me

I am an Australian Sports Osteopath and the Founding Director of Above Health, a prevention-led allied health clinic in Sydney.
I hold a Master of Osteopathy and have additional qualifications in football medicine, strength and conditioning, and advanced dry needling. I have over a decade of experience working in private practice and across football, rugby and youth sport, including work with the Sydney FC Academy and clubs competing in the NPL Capital Football competitions.
My clinical interests include sports injury management, injury prevention, return-to-play decision making, youth athlete health and long-term musculoskeletal health. My research interests include lumbar bone stress injuries in young athletes, sports-related low back pain and lower limb tendinopathy.
I also enjoy running, swimming and strength training, as well as spending time outdoors with my young family.
