I am Simran, a sports physical therapist from India. I am fascinated by sports because it shows how much a human body is capable of and I enjoy working with athletes because they do their best to push themselves to overcome their limits. It is very motivating to see people work on themselves and their teams and I feel honored to be a part of the team that helps them with their journey- from prehab to rehab and everything in between!
