I am a Certified Physiotherapist from Israel with practical experience with orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients. My background also includes working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder , Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. However, my main focus and passion is in the Gerontology field. I believe that prevention or in other words maintenance is one of the key roles of being independent can make a substantial difference in all aspects of a person's life,  particularly in elderly age, and when life span increases.

My agenda: the trinity secret is exercising regularly, a good sleep and nutritious food.
