About Me[edit | edit source]

I am a certified orthotist and board eligible prosthetist practicing out of the US. After completing my BS in Bioengineering from Rice University in 2016, I worked on a research project in Costa Rica to develop high-strength, low-cost transitibial prostheses. I returned to the US to complete my Master's in Prosthetics and Orthotics at Northwestern University in 2020.

Since moving into the clinical sphere, one of my greatest goals is improving knowledge translation from research to clinicians. I curate for the O&P IQ, which is a growing evidence database containing 10,000+ O&P-relevant resources. I hope to continue this goal as an editor and contributor to Physiopedia.

Outside of the clinic, I volunteer for adaptive sports events (mostly rock climbing and biking) and do a lot of hiking in the mountains of CA.
