I graduated from University of Central Lancashire in 2010 and started junior rotations at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals. I moved to Aintree University Hospitals in 2011 where I worked as a junior physiotherapist in an outpatient musculoskeletal department. I then moved to Blackpool Teaching Hospitals where I spent a further 18 months rotating through different specialities including cardiothoracics, cardiac rehab, medical and elderly care and musculoskeletal outpatients. I later moved back to Lancashire Teaching Hospitals to the position of specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist and then Clinical Lead Physiotherapist in Emergency Medicine. Alongside this I have worked with Blackburn Rugby Club as team physiotherapist and event physiotherapist with the British Downhill (mountain bike) Series.
