About Me

I have extensive experience working in both the NHS, private practice and professional sport.

I have had the opportunity to gain experience in areas as diverse as care of the elderly, rehabilitation and neuro. However I have chosen to specialise in the care of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.

Over the past decade I have worked in a variety of sports and had the pleasure of caring for athletes at:

  • European Championships
  • World Championships
  • Commonwealth games
  • Grand slamsMy experiences in sport have allowed me to develop strong skills in assessing and treating acute injuries, as well as implementing injury prevention strategies.
