About Me[edit | edit source]
Having graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first class honours degree, I now

for the BJSM and Unstoppabl, published research on the topic, and have been interviewed
for a podcast. My aim is to improve education and awareness of the significance of the
menstrual cycle to sport and exercise, and of menstrual dysfunctions. I have also worked
with sport medics in professional netball and in cricket to promote better medical provision
in elite female sport.
