This programme includes modules in research methods, professional development, and project design, development & management. 3. Posts Held • Physiotherapy Telehealth & Telecare Specialist – NHS24. Providing physiotherapy led triage to the current unscheduled care service at NHS 24. In addition the role is to provide physiotherapy input to callers to the National Musculoskeletal Advice and Triage Service – this would involve providing specialist physiotherapy clinical supervision and calling patients back to support their self-management • Specialist Physiotherapist – NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Providing clinical expertise in assessment, education and equipment provision to patients within the geographical area covered- March 2011 until July 2015. • Project officer - Secondment to NHS Education for Scotland. Working with the Remote and Rural Health and Educational Alliance leading on the development of educational solutions for remote and rural healthcare staff - March 2009 until March 2011. • Specialist Physiotherapist (Substantive Post) – NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde. Working as part of the multi disciplinary team responsible for the physiotherapy treatment in the Hip Fracture unit for the South of Glasgow - November 2007 until March 2011 • Senior Condition Management Practitioner – NHS Lanarkshire Condition Management Programme- February 2007 until November 2007. • Joint Team Leader – Greater Glasgow NHS Home Falls Prevention programme. Key role in implementing and developing an integrated falls service in - October 2004 until January 2007. • Senior 1 Physiotherapist – Interdisciplinary Response and Intervention Service based at Glasgow Western Infirmary working with other professions to provide a rehabilitation and support service to older people in their own homes – April 2002 until October 2004. • Senior 2 Physiotherapist – Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Rotational post with experience in elderly care, day hospital assessment & rehabilitation and orthopedic trauma - May 2001 until April 2002. • Junior Physiotherapist – Glasgow Western Infirmary – May 2000 until May 2001. • Bank Physiotherapist – Rosshall Hospital – January 2000 until May 2001. • Locum Physiotherapist – Recruitment Solutions Group on various contracts from December 1998 until May 2000. • Senior 2 Physiotherapist – Renfrewshire NHS Health care Trust – October 1996 – July 1997. • Junior Physiotherapist – Hairmyres & Stonehouse NHS Trust – June 1995– October 1996.
