I am a first year student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Florida. I have many interests within the scope of physical therapy, especially in pediatrics. I completed my undergraduate work at Kent State University with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry.

I enjoy volunteering, sketching, and being active outside.  I love playing racquetball, running, biking, and hiking. 

Education

I am currently a third year student in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Florida, with graduation fast-approaching on April 25, 2014.  I completed my undergraduate work with a bachelors degree in Biochemistry from Kent State University, Honors College.  While at Kent State University, I completed a Senior Honors Thesis entitled, "Thermodynamic and Morphological Properties of Ceramide-1-Phosphate Model Monolayer Systems".
