I am a qualified senior physiotherapist from India with fifteen years of expertise. My areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, sports for athletes with disabilities- Paralympic sports , therapeutic yoga, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, and physiotherapy research. Working with athletes and patients to bridge the gap from rehabilitation to performance is my main area of interest.
