Chelsea is a diverse, working class, immigrant community. Over 60% of the population identify as latino and over 38% identify as being born outside of the United States. Many of the challenges and rewards I have as a physical therapist involve working with people from all different cultures.

Hello! My name is Aimee.[edit | edit source]

Hi! I'm Aimee.

About Me[edit | edit source]

I graduated in 2011 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Masschusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America. Since graduation, I have been working in an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Chelsea, Massachusetts. I work mostly with patients with orthopaedic diagnoses, as well as some patients with neurological diseases and some pediatric patients as well.

Chelsea is a diverse, working class, immigrant community. Over 60% of the population identify as latino and over 38% identify as being born outside of the United States. Many of the challenges and rewards I have as a physical therapist involve working with people from all different cultures.

When I'm not working, I enjoy being outside: hiking, bicycling, running, gardening, traveling. When I have to be inside, I enjoy cooking vegetarian food, doing yoga.
