I have been practising physiotherapy in Ontario Since 2014. I have completed my bachelors in physiotherapy in India. I am currently working at two busy private clinics in Toronto I handle a varied case load. I treat various orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, motor vehicle injuries and certain neurological conditions. I perform patient evaluations, design treatment programs, and treat patients using various manual therapy techniques and functional exercises. I also focus on patient education and designing patient specific goals. | |||
I am passionate about health and welness and enjoy health promotion. I love doing arts and crafts and travelling. | |||

Hello there! I am Adhira and I am a registered physiotherapist from Toronto, Canada. I decided to be a physio back in grade six when I helped my injured dog recover from a knee sprain!
