I am registered and in good Standing with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario Since 2014. I have completed my bachelors in physiotherapy  in India. I am currently  working at two busy private clinics in Toronto I handle a varied case load. I treat various orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, motor vehicle injuries and certain neurological conditions. I perform patient evaluations, design treatment programs, and treat patients using various manual therapy techniques and functional exercises. I also focus on patient education and designing patient specific goals.

In my current job I divide my time between inpatient and outpatient duties. Working in a remote hospital with limited resources has taught me to be flexible and creative. I provide general orthopedic care, basic neuro-rehabilitation, pelvic floor physiotherapy, basic vestibular rehabilitation, inpatient rehab ,discharge planning, travel clinics and virtual rehabilitation. I work closely with the indigenous population of Canada and since starting this job I  have gained a deeper understanding of the unique health challenges faced by this community and the importance of culturally sensitive care.

Hello there! I am Adhira and I am a registered physiotherapist from Toronto, Canada. I decided to be a physio back in grade six when I helped my injured dog recover from a knee sprain. I finished my phsyiotherapy education in India. I did my clinical internship in a very busy hopistal in Mumbai, India. The clinical internship was &nbsp;one of the best time of my life. I enjoyed the vast diveristy of case load. The internship time was stressful but it was one of the best learing experiences I have ever had. It taught me to thrive under pressure and&nbsp;
