Hello, I am Aastha, a qualified physiotherapist from Mumbai, India. I am currently completing my post graduation in Sports and Exercise Medicine from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. I have a passion for musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and aspire to be one of the best in the field. Outside of physiotherapy, I am interested in hiking, cycling and creating art.
