The Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement (STREAM) is a measurement tools used to quantitatively evaluate the recovery of voluntary movement and mobility post stroke (Daley 1999). The STREAM is used to assess patient’s coordination, functional mobility and range of motion (ref 9). This outcome measure has been reported to be responsive to change in acute stroke and can be used by healthcare professionals to track the progression of stroke recovery (Sullivan 2014). The STREAM is an easy to use tool, that requires 15 minutes to administer and very little equipment. (ref 9)
