Description[edit | edit source]
Neural mobilisation is a treatment modality of neurodynamics. Its main objective is to restore balance to the dynamic neural structures and the surrounding mechanical interfaces. This is performed through pressure relief on affected structures.[1] Neurodynamic treatment falls within manipulative therapy - a group of techniques that aid in pain relief and restoration of function[2]
In general these techniques include:
- Flossing
- Gliding
