-Lives in an apartment (3rd floor, there are 20 stairs but there is an elevator. It is slow and annoying, broken often)
-Hobbies
-Weekend hockey league
-Taken to hospital via ambulance after being involved in a MVA while driving to work
-During stay in hospital received care for injuries and monitored for signs of brain injury
-Patient stayed in hospital for 1 week before being discharged home
-Out-patient PT recommended with beginning of rehab to help with regain of posture control so patient can begin mobility retraining and reagin functional independence
-No other comorbidities, followed active healthy lifestyle
-Good nutrition, non-smoker, social drinker (1-2 drinks/week)
-Plays hockey and frequent runner
