I am Islamiah, a dedicated physiotherapist and clinical exercise physiologist. I graduated from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Degree in Physiotherapy (Hons), and pursued my studies in a Master's in Clinical Exercise Science from the University of Science, Malaysia.
I had experience in delivering home physiotherapy services, handling mostly musculoskeletal and neurologic patients. Currently, I am actively working in geriatric physiotherapy.
I am also working to sharpen my skills by attending courses such as Kinesio Taping, Neurodynamic Activation and Myofascial Release.
As a clinical exercise physiologist, I aspire to promote a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for all ages, including children, women and the elderly.
