Ziya "Z" Altug, PT, DPT, MS, DipACLM, OCS, CSCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He is a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional (DipACLM) from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association. He has over three decades of clinical experience in treating musculoskeletal conditions. Ziya uses integrative and lifestyle medicine to help patients and clients improve their well-being and manage pain. He is the author of three books and a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Ziya runs a number of courses on the Physiopedia Plus platform and is based in Los Angeles. He is the author of the book Lifestyle Medicine Toolbox from Jessica Kingsley Publishers (London: United Kingdom, 2024).
