I graduated from Aberdeen's Robert Gordon University in Scotland in 2010 with a BSc (HONS) in Physiotherapy and have since completed my 2 year rotational post in Angus for NHS Tayside. During this time I completed 6 month rotations in the following placements: Orthopedics; Stroke Rehabilitation; Parkinson's Disease Rehabilitation; Care of the Elderly; Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Community. I also completed a season as Assistant Physiotherapist with Ellon R.F.C and am currently on a career break travelling around the world with my husband. I am trying to get shadowing experience throughout this trip, with a variety of therapists, and have had some wonderful experience already with great Physiotherapists in New Zealand. I look forward to gaining more experience along the way.
