WebPT is a Web-Based EMR built specifically for rehab professionals. The company was founded in 2008 in Phoenix, Arizona by Brad Jannenga, a tech entrepreneur, and Heidi Jannenga PT, ATC. We support documentation for Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Pediatric Therapists and Speech Language Pathologists among others. WebPT was built to fill the void in the EMR community and bring a product to market that was made for Physiotherapists. WebPT is the number #1 Physiotherapy EMR Software in the United States with over 1,200 clinics and 6,500 users. WebPT currently boasts a 99% retention rate.

WebPT is offered as a SaaS application where members of WebPT can pay based on the amount of users that need to use the system at any given time. Security, storage, and backup are handled directly by WebPT, greatly reducing clinic costs on IT staff and costly servers. As a leading provider of physical therapy EMR, WebPT has taken extraordinary measures to secure your patients' health and personal information by implementing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Encryption for your protection. WebPT EMR Software[edit | edit source]

WebPT Documentation includes initial examinations, re-examinations, progress notes, daily notes, discharge summaries, digital exercise flow sheets and chart notes. Evaluation and treatment profiles contain evidence-based tests and prevailing regulation standards that allow for the creation of custom, professional reports. Consistency of quality documentation is maintained therapist-to-therapist and patient-to-patient. With WebPT providers are able to easily retrieve information and quickly create notes to maximize time spent with patients. The WebPT dashboard alerts therapists when progress notes are due, if all their notes are completed, as well as which patients are running out of authorized visits. The system employs Medicare compliance checks to ensure that all documentation is as compliant as possible. WebPT also has PQRI reporting available in the system. WebPT has front office features including comprehensive reporting, scheduling and faxing and emailing capability. WebPT has appointment reminders built into the system allowing clinic staff to send email, text messages or voice message reminders to patients. WebPT has partnerships with multiple billing solutions so that your data on WebPT can be fed directly to your biller.

WebPT Member Support[edit | edit source]

WebPT has a full support staff available 5 days per week to assist our members with their day-to-day activities. Support and training are free with your membership. You are able to call or email WebPT support staff. WebPT support staff also provides a one on one training session and can get your staff up and running on the software in 1 to 2 hours.

Mobile Support[edit | edit source]

WebPT is fully mobile, so you can enter your documentation from home or anywhere you like. You can access the system securely from any device with an Internet connection including PCs, laptops, Macs, smartphones and iPads. Currently, around 20% of WebPT members employ some type of mobile device in their patient care.
