About me[edit | edit source]

I am a Certified Physiotherapist from Israel with practical experience with orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients. My background is also include working with children diagnosed with ASD, PDD-NOS, DS and CP. However, my main focus and passion is in the geriatric field. I believe that maintaining independence, particularly when life span increases, can make a huge different in all aspects of person life.

Within my role, I am implementing the Pilates method as part of the exercise program for the patients, as well as in the community, mainly to advocate the wellbeing of the general population.

My agenda: the trinity secret is exercising regularly, a good sleep and nutritious food.

I studied at Ariel University my Bachelor degree in physical therapy, and completed a 4 full cycles of clinical student internships in 2014
