Hi. My name is Dilawar, I graduated with my Bachelor of Physiotherapy from India in 2017.
After graduation, I moved to Canada for my further Post grad. certification in Healthcare administration and Health and human services management. I believe that alongside the technical Knowledge regarding the physiotherapy, we also need education in the management to deliver the services to population smoothly while allocating the resources according and also truing to reduce scarcity and wait times.
Since 2022 June I started working with a Physio clinic as physiotherapist Intern in a remote town in northern Saskatchewan region. My reasons to move to remote were clear from the beginning as these part of the country are still underserved and people need to travel more or less 200 kms on average to receive proper physiotherapy services.
In my free time I like to do continuing education and volunteer in the community such as serving at the local fire department as a firefighter.
