Ingrid has over 20 years clinical experience working with musculoskeletal conditions, occupational health and sports injuries. Originally qualified in Melbourne, Australia Ingrid has worked extensively in private practice in Asia, the UK and Australia.

Ingrid has run a successful private practice in Hong Kong, covered many international sporting competitions including International Rugby 7’s, Netball, Davis Cup & ATP tennis events.

Ingrid’s key clinical interests include spinal conditions, cervicogenic headache, shoulder joint dysfunction and biomechanical retraining through exercise. More recently Ingrid has begun working in Women's & Men's health areas within her role at Club360 Tokyo. Ingrid incorporates her strong physiotherapy experience with a background in the fitness industry in her approach to treatment.
