About Me

President of Australian and New Zealand Burns Association (ANZBA) Senior Physiotherapist, Royal Perth Hospital. PhD Candidate: Centre for Musculoskeletal Studies, Department of Surgery, University of Western Australia.

A senior physiotherapist and researcher for over 17 years, the past 14 have been devoted to burn survivor rehabilitation in a number of Australian burn units. Education and observational visits around the world have given Dale an insight into the clinical issues of both developing and established burn services.

Dale is a member of the Expert Reference Group for the Burn Care node of Joanna Briggs Institute COnNECT. He lectures at the Curtin University of Technology (WA), University of Notre Dame (WA), University of Western Australia and James Cook University (QLD).
