I am a physiotherapist currently working in neurotrauma care and rehabilitation unit. I want to improve myself and my professional carrier throughout my life. I am compassionate with working and learning new things and gaining new untouched knowledge.I am interesting in MSK and neurotrauma feilds and eager to add newly found strategies to my practice. My favoritism on learning technology for physiotherapy has increased while studying physiopedia plus causes couple of month ago finally lead me to follow volunteer-orientation course. I am loving learning new e-learning platforms right now.

About Me

I am a physiotherapist for six years in Sri Lankan government sector. In my short journey I have touched many of conditions related to musculoskeletal, orthopedic, pediatric, cardiothoracic, intensive care and so on. Currently I am engaging with Neurotrauma intensive care and Neurotrauma rehabilitation for four years. In these kind of clinical set ups we hardly find time for continuous professional development and personal development due to lack of physical resources and time. Anyhow my main concern is to build up a organized and updated physiotherapist from me and guide anyone who actually eager to build him/herself to serve people with disabilities.

There aren’t any international publications but my undergraduate research “ Characterizing the gait deviations with Diabetes Mellitus patients with and without peripheral neuropathy National Hospital, Sri Lanka” has published in Sri Lanka Medical Association’s 129th congress in locally as a poster presentation.
