She started working with the media team at Physioplus in 2021 and has now transitioned to creating/editing course content for Physiopedia. The majority of her professional experience is in outpatient orthopedics, with a passion for treatment of running-related injuries and women's health (strong focus on postpartum care). She has completed level 1 part 1 of Herman & Wallace's Pelvic Floor Certification with the future goal of becoming fully certified. Rachel is a practicing physical therapist who graduated from Stockton University in 2017 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
