Rachel is a physical therapist who graduated from Stockton University in 2017 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She started working with the media team at Physioplus in 2021 and has now begun creating/editing course content for Physiopedia. The majority of her professional experience is in outpatient orthopedics, with a strong interest in running-related injuries and women's health (focus on postpartum care). She has completed level 1 part 1 of Herman and Wallace's Pelvic Floor Certification with the goal of becoming fully certified. She is also Impact Trained in concussion care.
