I qualified as a physiotherapist from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2016. During my final year of University, I was placed in Waikato hospital. Here, I worked in the neurosurgical wards, ICU/HDU, Older Persons Rehabilitation and stroke wards. Since qualifying as a physiotherapist, I’ve been working at a local private practice, which has involved working with patients in the clinic, at schools and sports teams. I’m a member of Physiotherapy New Zealand (PNZ) and as part of my continuous professional development, I gained a post graduate level Certificate in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy with NZMPA (New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association).
