The patient lies on his back witch his feet flat on the ground and 60 degrees flexion in the knies. Now the patient has to pres his lower back against the ground while exhaling by tilting the waist backwards. Then the patient has to remove the lower back from the ground while inhaling by tilting the waist forward. Trie only to move the lumbal spine.
