About Me

I am a recent graduate from Butler University and currently reside in Louisville, KY where I attend Bellarmine University. I am in grad school working towards my doctorate in physical therapy. I have a B.S. in chemsitry and worked as a personal trainer for two and a half years (prior to grad school) where I received a lot of experience working with clients and their muscles and movements. Before attending physical therapy school, I also worked in many different physical therapy settings from outpatient to inpatient acute care. I have a passion for learning as much as I can about how and why the body moves as it does. I enjoy staying fit and am always trying to stay up on the latest nutrition facts and exercise techniques.
