Im a student physical therapist at Bellarmine University. Prior to addmission to school I worked as a personal trainer for two year addressing clients muscle imbalances and overall fitness goals. | |||
I played football and hockey at Middletown Highschool South, Middletown NJ which lead me into competitive powerlifting. Today i take a more athletic approach to training with both anaerobic and aerobic training. | |||
Post-graduate i plan on applying to a sports residency program to help further my education and specialize in sports physical therapy. | |||
