I'm a mom of 3 spritely little people who are always keeping me on my toes. When I can wiggle in the time, I love to read and even do a bit of studying. Going for runs, or doing a bit of yoga or Pilates are the best forms of relaxation for me. I am a believer in movement and exploration and how essential these components are to our individual lives, our communities and of course the work we do!
