Background includes experience with the geriatric population with cardiac and neurological diseases such as CVA, MS, and Parkinson's, coupled with secondary conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism etc.

My background also includes working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disorder-Not Otherwise Specified, Down Syndrome and Cerebral Palsy. However, I have special passion for Gerontology field. I believe that prevention through regular maintenance, plays a key role in being independent, which makes a substantial difference in all aspects of a person's life,  particularly in older adults, and with increasing life expectancy.  


Mat Pilates certification with 14 years of instructing experience.  
Within my role, I utilize the Pilates method as part of an exercise program for the patients. Additionally,  I promote Pilates exercise in the wider community  to promote wellbeing in the general population.

I am a Certified Physiotherapist from Israel with practical experience with orthopedic, cardiac and neurological patients.
