Because of this opportunity I am interested in improving the knowledge of physiotherapy by sharing it not only with professionals, but also with patients in México. The cultural differences have shown me that people from other countries are more interested in improving their movement with physical therapy interventions and most of the people here do not have a clear idea of what our profession could do. | |||
I think physical therapy could improve the quality of life here in México if healthcare profesionals work together with physiotherapists and if people know how they could benefit from the beginning, not only when they have impairments or disabilities. | |||

I am from México where I obtained my professional degree in physiotherapy 3 years ago. Since two and a half years I have been working in a private physical therapy clinic in Playa del Carmen, a small but famous place in the Riviera Maya in México and because it is a very touristy place it has given me the opportunity to meet people from all over the world that are on vacation but don´t want to miss their training or physical activities and / or unfortunately have suffered some injury during the trip.
Because of this opportunity I am interested in improving the knowledge of physiotherapy by sharing it not only with professionals, but also with patients in México.
