I am a graduate student attending Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY and seeking a doctorate degree in the field of physical therapy. I completed my bachelor's degree in Psychology, also from Bellarmine University in May, 2016. I am active in the community as an advocate for suicide prevention and have launched a suicide prevention campaign called "In Pursuit of Hope," that educates and encourages individuals in the Louisville Metro area to find joy in loving themselves. Upon graduation from physical therapy school, I hope to continue to serve my community through healing and teaching others about the importance of a healthy body, mind, and spirit.

I was honored to be 1 of 30 young women in Kentucky chosen to compete for the title of Miss Kentucky, where I developed skills in public speaking, advocacy, scholarship, and leadership. I enjoy hiking and enjoying the outdoors with my soon-to-be husband, and look forward to pursuing the career of my dreams upon graduation from physical therapy school in 2020. <br>
