As a group, we have set ourselves the task to explore the effects of walking on lower back pain (LBP). We will use current literature to investigate relevant topics such as: associated anatomy and pathophysiology, epidemiology, common mechanisms of pain, styles of walking and the use of a pedometer, treatment and management and suggestions for future research.
