1998 - Present Physical Therapy Clinic Owner • Implemented Electronic Medical Records with evidence-based templates • Implemented our Medicare Compliance program with course manual, training classes and mock audits. • Opened two new PT clinics (1998 & 2001). • Sold two PT clinics for 3-times book value and reinvested the gains in high ROI projects (2006 & 2008). • Improved PTA recruitment by teaching at a local community college. • Implemented new programs like vestibular rehab, wellness and PT STAT.
