T.J. graduated from the University of Delhi, India with a Bachelor of Science degree in physiotherapy. He continued his education at Texas A&M University earning his Master of Science degree in motor neuroscience. T.J. received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Arizona School of Health Sciences. He is also Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and a Red Cross certified Emergency Medical Responder. T.J. is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. He has also completed a 6-month diploma from Harvard Business School in business analytics, economics for managers, and financial accounting. He is an honorary president/co-founder of International Sports and Orthopedic Manual Therapy, an international organization that teaches physiotherapy/physical therapy students across the globe. TJ is a lifetime member of Indian Association of Physiotherapy, Sports and Orthopedic Section of American Physical Therapy Association and Fellow member of American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.
TJ has been trained by American Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology and is currently the only therapist performing EMG/NCV’s in Central Texas and is only one of the 5 therapists performing them. Practicing physical therapy since 2006, T.J. has experience in outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, inpatient rehab, and schools. TJ has also been actively involved in writing and reviewing articles for various physiotherapy/physical therapy journals. When T.J. is not working, he enjoys trivia, playing tennis and long distance running. T.J. also is an ardent tennis and cricket fan.
